About the Role :

Join SUPERIOR AC AND HEAT as a Dispatch HVAC Manager in Burleson, TX, where you'll lead our dynamic team in providing top-notch HVAC services. This exciting opportunity allows you to manage daily operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient dispatching of our skilled technicians.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily dispatch operations for HVAC service calls and maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate technician schedules to optimize service efficiency and response times.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in all dispatch activities.
  • Monitor and manage service call metrics to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to dispatch staff on best practices and software tools.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service performance reports.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in HVAC dispatch or management roles, with strong industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, service protocols, and scheduling software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HVAC or management preferred.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team culture.
