Position: Shipping & Receiving Specialist
Location: Spokane, WA
Wage: $21/HR
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:45pm

Overview:
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team and help maintain efficient material flow, accurate shipments, and safe operations. This role involves managing daily shipping and receiving tasks, operating forklifts and other equipment, and supporting production through cross-functional teamwork.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Load and unload trucks while safely operating a forklift.
• Assemble truck loading papers based on transportation trip sheets.
• Audit material orders prior to loading to verify shipment accuracy.
• Complete shipping documentation and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Enter quality results and generate production reports in computer systems.
• Interpret manifests, pick lists, sales orders, and other shipping documents.
• Maintain knowledge of semi-truck weight capacities and full truck load limits.
• Receive and forward documents for resale items to Operations Support.
• Pull, package, and label accessory parts for orders using pick lists.
• Provide cross-functional support in production roles such as packaging, material handling, and machine operation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.
• 2 years of experience in material and document flow within a production system.
• 2 years of forklift operation experience.
• 1-2 years working with ERP systems.
