Not-for-Profit Tax Senior

Cherry Bekaert delivers innovative advisory, assurance, and tax services to clients. We foster a collaborative environment focused on enabling career growth and continuous professional development. Our Not-for-Profit Tax team is looking for an Experienced Associate. The Associate will have the opportunity to work onsite / hybrid from any of our office locations or remotely from within the United States.

As a Not-for-Profit Tax Senior, you will :

  • Provide clients with tax compliance and consulting services related to protecting their tax-exempt status
  • Prepare tax returns for exempt organizations and their taxable affiliates (Forms 990 / 1120)
  • Leverage your project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities
  • Consult with market and Firm leaders
  • Network within the community and client industries

What you bring to the role :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Ability to obtain the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, active licensure preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in public accounting
  • Experience providing tax services to tax exempt organizations

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. In addition, we offer a comprehensive, high-quality benefits program which includes annual bonus, medical, dental, and vision care; disability and life insurance; generous Paid Time Off; retirement plans; Paid Care Leave; and other programs that are dedicated to enhancing your personal and work life and providing you and your family with a measure of financial protection.

    Pay Range : 63,400-91,500
