Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently. Knowledge of pneumatic systems and experience with basic welding techniques. Familiarity with PLC systems; experience with troubleshooting and programming PLCs is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Availability to work on the second or third shift (Monday - Friday). Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the second or third shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing bottling, labeling, packaging, and conveying equipment in a manufacturing setting. This position is critical to ensuring our production lines operate efficiently and smoothly to meet our production goals.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance on bottling, labeling, packaging, and conveying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues with machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
