At PwC’s Legal Services team, you will oversee, draft, and negotiate complex agreements and work with senior leaders on technology and engineering services engagements. As a Director, you set strategic direction, lead business development, mentor emerging talent, and maintain executive‑level client relationships while ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relationships
• Manage legal risks and advise on regulatory issues arising from technology and engineering services engagements
• Assure compliance with the firm’s risk‑management practices
• Review, draft, and negotiate large‑scale technology and engineering services agreements
• Mentor and guide future leaders
• Foster an environment of integrity and inclusion
• Promote technological advancements within the legal services team

The salary range for this position is $122,500–$423,780. For residents of Washington state the range is $122,500–$504,500. Compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, and location.
