Own the full global recruiting cycle, adapting to local hiring norms across the US, Europe, and Israel

Shape and improve global recruiting processes to ensure scalability and alignment with company culture

Develop tailored sourcing strategies for diverse roles and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English and Hebrew

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with global hiring expertise

Demonstrated success in recruiting across multiple departments and seniority levels

Experience in HR, people operations, or employee relations

Strong understanding of global recruiting best practices
