What You'll Do :

Operate and fine-tune press brakes to bend, cut, and shape metal into exact specifications.

Prepare, set up, and adjust equipment based on product plans and schedules.

Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep machines running smoothly.

Assist in planning work across multiple presses, manage raw materials, and follow production schedules.

Work with engineering and shop floor team to create and update prints with clear and accurate information.

Apply lean principles across brake press operation.

Assist and train less experienced operators, serving as a go-to resource on the floor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What You Bring :

At least 3 years of press brake experience with a proven ability to set up, operate, and maintain the equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product plans with accuracy.

Basic computer and math skills.

A focus on safety

Leadership potential and strong communication skills.

A high school diploma (or equivalent).

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical work including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 35 lbs).
