In this role, you will
- Review and assess appraisal order needs
- Perform call center responsibilities, such as making and taking high volume phone calls to and from access contacts such consumers, realtors and property managers
- Coordinate scheduling appraisal appointments within ServiceLink's operating system, and engaging real estate appraisers as needed
- Meet and exceed daily production goals and quality requirements
- Support all operational teams

Assess order requirements, client and vendor needsEnsure company's performance commitment to client(s) is met by monitoring and prioritizing work-in-progressFollow escalation processes as directedConfirm appointment completion via phone and / or email with appraisers and access contactsTroubleshoot through complex engagements and provide feedback to appropriate partiesCommunicate process expectations via phone and email with access contacts and vendorsMonitor team email folderAdhere to all company policies and proceduresMeet minimum production goals and quality requirementsBe proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search enginesPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferredDetail oriented, efficient and organizedExceptional customer service skillsSome proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and ExcelAbility and willingness to work a flexible schedule, to include overtime, evenings, and / or weekends as needed
