Base pay range

$20.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr

Job Responsibilities

• Perform new order entry into ABAS ERP system including change orders
• Perform sales order / contract reviews
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent hands?on and time?management skills
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to listen and have sympathy for customer requests
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Self?motivated and energetic
• Perform order cross checks
• Review and update quality clauses to newest revisions
• Update program milestone charts
• Maintain required information on customer portals
• Provide customer order status
• Run open order report and expedite orders as requested by customers
• Update supplier rating report
• Update price sheets as needed
• Support activities as required of the quality management system
• Takes initiative to improve the customer service process efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintains knowledge of company products
