Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of medical strategies and policies.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained.
  • Set and achieve performance targets for the medical team.
  • Oversee clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Mentor and develop medical staff to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Communicate medical insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate and improve medical processes for efficiency.
  • Engage with external partners to enhance medical offerings.
  • Manage budgets and resources for medical initiatives.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading medical teams and developing strategies.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trials and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in achieving performance targets.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing medical staff.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for growth.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve medical processes.
