About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sales, customer relationship management, and business development. This position is ideal for someone eager to start their career in sales and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and effectively communicate the value of our products / services to potential customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Participate in sales training sessions to develop product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff to develop new strategies for reaching prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable engaging with potential customers.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
