A company is looking for a Mortgage Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a thorough review of loan files to identify and report discrepancies

Analyze various income types, including self-employed and business tax returns

Maintain current knowledge of underwriting processes and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience

Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines

Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

Strong organizational and auditing skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision
