Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting patients' comfort and assisting with daily living activities and clinical procedures.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and / or abilities required.

Education : Completion of a nursing assistant training course.

Experience : Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred.

License : Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.

Certifications : CPR / BCLS certification required.
