Provide general administrative support including document handling, filing, scheduling, and coordination of routine tasks.
Handle phone support by answering calls, directing inquiries, and assisting stakeholders.
Manage email correspondence , responding professionally to inquiries and maintaining inbox communications.
Support staff with tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and correspondence preparation .
Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files , including lease abstracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
Open and track work orders , coordinating status with vendors.
Assist with lease administration activities , preparing lease abstracts, updates, and reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable (coding invoices, entering data into accounting systems, preparing A / R status sheets, and reconciling records).
Initiate rent collection correspondence and tenant outreach where applicable.
Required Skills
Strong ability to interpret instructions, memos, and correspondence , with attention to detail.
Capable of writing routine reports and professional emails .
Strong customer service skills for handling inquiries and complaints.
Basic financial knowledge , including percentages and simple calculations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for standard situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer / email management.
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience : 0–2 years of administrative or related experience.
Software Skills : Microsoft Office, email management, and general computer proficiency.
