We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager 2, MarTech Technologist Content AI (IC5) to lead LinkedIn Marketing's evolution toward AI native content creation and production. As part of the MarTech Digital Experiences (DX) team, you will shape our Content AI strategy, scale adoption across marketing and creative teams, and guide the responsible use of emerging AI technologies across the content supply chain.
Success in this role requires strategic depth, system-level thinking, strong cross functional leadership, and hands-on fluency with creative workflows and governance. You will partner across Brand, Creative, Legal, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to modernize how content is created, adapted, and delivered while ensuring trust, compliance, and measurable business impact. This work blends program leadership, technical insight, governance, product sense, and ecosystem orchestration.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
