At Signarama, the world’s leading sign franchise, we are seeking a talented Production and Design Specialist with a strong focus on vehicle wrap design and production to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative design and hands‑on production, with vehicle wraps being a primary area of responsibility.

You will be responsible for designing, producing, and installing high‑quality signage—especially full and partial vehicle wraps—while delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy creative problem‑solving and working with your hands, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Wrap Expertise (Primary Focus) : Design, print, prepare, and produce high‑quality vehicle wraps, including accurate layouts, print‑ready files, and production coordination.

Design Mastery : Create a variety of sign products including vinyl graphics, digital prints, vehicle graphics, and exterior signage using industry‑standard design software.

Technical Proficiency : Operate production equipment such as printers, laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers efficiently and safely.

Customer Interaction : Represent the Signarama brand professionally in‑store and during on‑site installations, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Site Surveys & Project Preparation : Conduct on‑site surveys at customer locations, including taking accurate measurements, evaluating surfaces and conditions, and identifying installation requirements prior to production.

Qualifications

Experience in vehicle wrap design and production strongly preferred

Experience surveying customer sites and preparing projects for production

Comfortable with computers and POS software

Proficient with measurement tools

Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting over 50 lbs and climbing ladders

Compensation : $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
