Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Head of Strategic Program Management based in our Indianapolis IN corporate headquarters. This role is responsible for guiding regional transformation through strategic leadership targeting 30% revenue growth over three years. The Head of Strategic Program Management focuses on aligning cross-functional initiatives enforcing rigorous program governance and leading enterprise-wide change management to strengthen the organizations competitive market position.
HIRING SALARY RANGE : Base Salary $150000 - $190000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) What you will do
- Define and oversee the integrated program roadmap for the North American market translating corporate vision into actionable program phases that drive significant revenue growth and EBITDA expansion.
- Architect the regional Change Management strategy ensuring cultural adoption of new operating models by applying structured methodologies (ADKAR / Prosci) to overcome resistance and shorten time-to-proficiency
- Establish and chair the Program Management Office (PMO) steering committees
- Enforce strict stage-gate protocols to validate that projects are delivering projected financial returns (ROI / NPV) partnering with Finance to audit value realization
- Act as the primary integrator across the Executive Committee (EC) and Functional Heads facilitating high-stakes decision-making forums (EC meetings Board updates) to resolve resource conflicts and align siloed departments toward common strategic goals
What we require
Bachelors degree in business administration management or related field10 years in Business Transformation Strategy Program Management or related roleProven track record leading large-scale P&L transformations (>$100M impact)
Extensive experience in Change Management (Prosci / ADKAR) within complex matrixed global organizationsExperience bridging the gap between Finance (Value Creation) and Operations / SalesExpertise in Lean / Six Sigma and Agile methodologiesWhat we prefer
