About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Endocrinology MD in Virginia!

We are seeking a Board Certified Endocrinologist for a 62-day locum tenens assignment in Virginia. This role begins Jan 5, 2026, or as soon as credentialed, with an outpatient office schedule of day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The Endocrinologist will provide essential coverage in a dynamic ambulatory setting, supporting patient care needs during this defined contract period.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide outpatient office coverage for endocrinology patients
  • Diagnose and manage a range of endocrine disorders
  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans
  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and quality standards
