A company is looking for a Channel Operations Specialist who is passionate about improving systems and processes for partner and internal team experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and refinement of systems and processes for technology partners and internal teams
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve problems efficiently
Maintain and audit CRM and PRM data for accuracy and usability while assisting with post-sales operations
Required Qualifications
Experience in the IT channel or technology partnership ecosystem
Strong interest in systems, tools, and operational processes
Experience with CRM and / or PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and offering data-driven solutions
Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
