Entry-Level Mechanic

We are searching for an Entry-Level Mechanic to join our team at Cavenaugh Truck Services! Are you a hands-on technician with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping trucks safe, calibrated, and compliant? Join our growing team! We are a full-service truck shop specializing in the systems that keep trucks on the road and in compliance - but we don't do heavy engine or transmission work. What You'll Do :

• Perform brake system repairs and replacements.
• Calibrate fuel and oil truck meters.
• Steam tanks for repairs and inspection.
• Conduct DOT truck and trailer inspections and safety inspections.
• Replace and repair hoses, lines, and fluid delivery systems.
• Service pump systems and meters on fuel / oil delivery trucks.
• Change oil and safety check large fleet trucks.

What You'll Bring :

Must have a valid Virginia driver's license. CDL preferred but not required.

Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
