Position Overview :

Seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Secretary to provide administrative support to litigation practice group. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities :

• Manage attorneys' calendars, including court dates, depositions, and meetings
• Process and file legal documents with courts via e-filing systems
• Handle attorney correspondence and communications
• Format and proofread legal documents and pleadings
• Schedule depositions and coordinate with court reporters
• Maintain case files and organize electronic documents
• Process incoming mail and handle time-sensitive materials
• Handle expense reports and billing entries
• Provide general administrative support as needed
