WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Development of Behavior Intervention Plans and Skill Acquisition Programs
- Supervise and Train (Registered) Behavior Technicians
- Prepare and Lead Clinic and Staff Meetings
- Provide Parent Training and train BTs in Parent Training
- Complete assessments (AFLS, EFL, VB-MAPP), write Assessment Reports
- Collaborate with schools/day programs, attend IEPs
- Manage/Participate in Social Skills Training Groups; 1-1 sessions
- Analyze data and Modify Programs accordingly
- Update client goals; Write Supervision Notes
- Train BT's in IOA data; Fill out checklists; write Monthly staff evaluation reports
- Conduct Staff Evaluations
- Provide Behavior Skills Training to BT
- Train New BTs
- Manage Correspondence with Clients, BTs, Clinical Director, others.

Requirements:
WE NEED:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology or related field
- BCBA candidate. Must be enrolled in BCBA coursework (for BCBA supervisor position, higher rates apply)
- Demonstrated experience in ABA
- Demonstrated experience providing coaching to parents in antecedent strategies consequence delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing Behavior Technicians through BST (and OBM)
- Experience with data collection software such as Aloha, Motivity
- Excellent time (self) management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated; Can Work Independently; Detail Oriented
- Independently manage work hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
