A company is looking for an Associate Attorney responsible for contract drafting and negotiation services.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements utilizing playbooks

Manage workload within contract management systems and client environments

Attend stakeholder meetings and guide them based on legal guidance and policies

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school is required

Bar admission to any state is preferred

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation with solid drafting experience
