The Senior DevOps Engineer will leverage expertise in Azure DevOps and Jira Cloud expertise to streamline FHN Financial's development pipeline, drive infrastructure automation, and enhance cross-team collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, migrate, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps - Collaborate with development teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes - Provide assessment / recommendations on CI / CD best practices and help establish new patterns as needed - Configure and manage Jira Cloud workflows, dashboards, and integrations - Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of production environments - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and systems - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues - Stay abreast of trends related to cloud services and DevOps tools, platforms, and procedures Required Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repos, and artifacts as well as related ADO automation processes (webhooks, service connections, etc.) - 3-5 years of experience with Jira Cloud administration and workflow configuration - Experience with infrastructure as code tools and cloud environments - Proficiency in scripting and or coding languages (PowerShell, C#) - Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles - Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications on Windows Servers especially in relation to web applications and IIS - Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Azure cloud services and service management (Entra ID, Azure Monitor) or similar cloud solutions - Experience with Atlassian suite beyond Jira (Confluence) - Experience with containerization technologies - Familiarity with agile development methodologies - Experience with application performance monitoring tools - Knowledge of database administration and optimization About Us First Horizon Corp.
