As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to Allied Universal guidelines. Document and communicate any incidents, hazards, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel. Support access control procedures by verifying the identity of individuals entering the location as required. Work collaboratively with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members to maintain a professional presence at the site. Minimum Requirements : Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
