Sales Project Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and global HQ.
• Lead contract negotiation and program launch activities with new partners, ensuring plans are executed on time and meet objectives.
• Collaborate with HQ team to track and report Monthly revenue, Profitability of projects, Business plan, inform leadership of impact of demand changes.
• Set up new customers in an internal system and update and maintain a master price file.
• Monitor and report on performance and suggest improvements and alternative approaches based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback.
• Ongoing account management including partner communications, performance metrics and analytics, invoices and payments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
• Bachelors degree preferably in Mechanical or Hardware Engineering major.
• Experience leading complex projects and/or working with cross functional groups.
• Sales, new business development and/or corporate business experience in the areas of product sales or marketing or B2B sales.
• An aptitude for technology, business operations and program management
• Exceptional project management, organizational skills and attention to details.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
