This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a caregiving environment and is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients. Please note, this position is not eligible for remote work and requires on-site presence at our facility or client homes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing linens.
• Help clients with mobility issues around the home or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.).
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs to appropriate medical or professional staff.
• Ensure clients’ safety and security by supervising the home environment.
• Encourage clients through positive communication and provide emotional support.
• Administer medication as prescribed by the healthcare provider and assist with exercises as appropriate.
• Prepare food considering dietary needs and preferences of the clients.
• Maintain confidential client information and care records accurately.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required to ensure best practices and continual learning.
