Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid Eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team and support newer members

Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements

Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to align with client technology goals

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years focused on Medicaid and Medicare

Hands-on experience with Medicaid Eligibility, Care and Case Management, and Prior Authorization

Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL

Proven expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
