Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Performance sales team, guiding them in assessing sales opportunities
Collaborate with senior leaders to align sales execution with company strategy and customer insights
Design and execute mid- to long-term sales strategies while establishing consistency in sales processes
Required Qualifications
Management and leadership experience in developing sales teams
In-depth knowledge of the sports performance space, particularly in strength & conditioning and sports science
Experience with multi-product sales and consultative, solution-based approaches
Hands-on experience with sports performance software platforms
Established network within professional and collegiate athletics
