Responsibilities :

• Source, qualify, and guide clients and candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client's hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Gpac (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States since 1990. We are extremely competitive, client-focused, and realize that our value is in our ability to deliver the right solutions at the right time.

Base salary pay begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which can range from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped. After the appropriate waiting period, you'd be eligible to participate in gpac benefits including : health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and 401k plan.
