Talent Coordinator
As a Talent Coordinator you'll work in a multifaceted role, liaising with talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and belonging teams to ensure a seamless flow of talent-focused initiatives across the organization.
- Learning & Talent Coordination : Develop broad project plans and task lists for recruiting and talent development initiatives, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders. This may include but not limited to assessing the requirements for venues, schedules, subject matter experts, and participants.
- Event Hosting : Help host talent events, effectively managing online technology and nurturing relationships with vendors to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Talent Marketing : Craft and disseminate marketing materials such as flyers, advertisements, and invites, designed to drive engagement and participation in our talent and diversity programs. Assemble and dispatch training packages accurately and promptly.
- Talent Logistics : Identify and arrange necessary accommodations, catering, and transportation for talent initiatives. This may include facilities, catering services, special needs provisions, materials, supplies, sign-in sheets, technology, security, and more.
- Expense Management : Scrutinize all receipts, invoices, and bills related to talent initiatives and events for accuracy and remit for payment as required.
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Requirements We Look For :
High School Diploma or equivalent2-3 years of experience in Talent Management or Learning & DevelopmentBilingual in Spanish preferredSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independentlyStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectivelyAttention to detail, diligence, efficiency, and accuracyProblem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilitiesPublic speaking, social engagement, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook calendaringResearch, analytical, and presentation skillsStrong business writing and information design capabilitiesStrategic thinking, planning, and project management skillsQualities That Stir Our Souls (and make you stand out) :
