What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

This is a full-time outside sales role focused on direct-to-consumer, in-home design consultations with pre-qualified homeowners. No prospecting or cold outreach just delivering solutions.

  • Conduct in-home design sales consultations with homeowners
  • Build trust and guide customers through the home improvement sales process
  • Deliver accurate pricing and close sales daily
  • Participate in bi-weekly professional sales training
  • Manage appointments, follow-ups, and customer communication

    • What Were Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence speaking publicly and presenting in homeowners homes
  • Driven, ambitious, and self-disciplined
  • Ability to work independently while following a proven sales system
  • Outgoing, articulate, and comfortable in residential sales environments
  • Previous home sales, outside sales, or home improvement sales experience preferred
