Working Conditions

You will work in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment with moderate noise levels, representing Spectrum’s brand in a professional uniform. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

The base pay for this position generally is between $22.75 and $40.32 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $13,200 .
