Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following :

• Explore the complexities of Customs processes and engage with international trade regulations
• Manage the receipt, review, and input / transmission of documentation for United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) release
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation for shipments
• Showcase proficiency in customs brokerage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
• Maintain accurate databases for Customer SOPs and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)
• Oversee customer invoicing and contribute to accounts receivable / payable activities
• Honor customer-specific SOPs for a personalized approach, while upholding high operational standards to ensure exceptional performance and customer service
• Communicate effectively with Customers, C.H. Robinson offices, Agents, and Outside Vendors
• Cultivate positive working relationships within the team and efficiently utilize C.H. Robinson's extensive network and support teams

Compensation Range

$16.35 - $25.85
