Job Description

Lead the financial close process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounting records and financial systems.

Ensure financial reports comply with GAAP.

Develop, review, and monitor budgets.

Conduct financial forecasting and analyze variances between actuals and budget, providing actionable insights to management.

Optimize cash management strategies and practices to maintain liquidity and solvency.

Mentor the accounting team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 6+ years in accounting preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills, impeccable accuracy and attention to detail, and experience guiding accounting staff.
