A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead a team in sourcing and managing service providers for outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop team members, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruitment
Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules, and develop procurement strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
Draft and maintain contracts, manage supplier performance, and analyze spending for value creation opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred certifications include C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced math skills for financial calculations
