[job_card.job_description]Lead production installations including wiring, rack building, device setup, and final trim-out. Commission systems with control interfaces such as Control4 and / or Savant. Collaborate with the project manager and client stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV and networking issues in the field. Serve as a team mentor (informally to start) with the potential to grow into a leadership role. Experience in AV or home automation installation. Proficiency with at least one control platform (e.g., Control4 or Savant); programming ability is highly preferred. Ability to operate independently and drive a project to completion. Humble, confident personality; a willingness to pull cable or jump in wherever needed. Valid driver’s license and a dependable, punctual work ethic. Certifications in Control4, Ubiquiti Unifi, Crestron, or Lutron (not required but highly valued) Experience working in a collaborative, team oriented environment Ability to coach and mentor junior technicians, contributing to the overall success of the service team $40-$50 / hr Depending on experience Full Health Insurance Coverage (HMO and PPO options) 4% match on 401k retirement plan Up to 4 weeks of PTO Company Holidays and Personal Days Access to an on-site gym for all employees

Role Overview
This Senior AV Installation Technician will focus on executing and finalizing mid-to-large scale integration projects.
