Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for financial, actuarial, and risk positions
Develop and structure the recruiting process in a startup environment
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates and assist with international recruiting
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
Experience recruiting in Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services
Ability to work 20-25 hours a week, at least 3 days a week
Experience managing recruiting processes without a formal ATS or HRIS
Willingness to adapt to a startup environment
