The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, coordinating internal resources to deliver high-quality service and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communications and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client needs, objectives, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver account reviews, performance reports, and growth proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teamsincluding operations, logistics, and billingto ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address potential issues or concerns.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Track key account metrics and report regularly to management.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records in CRM and other reporting systems.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
