Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Reef at Riviera, a vibrant 224-unit apartment community located in Palmetto, FL.

Position Overview :

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our property, contributing significantly to a delightful living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor the property for necessary repairs or replacements
• Complete maintenance requests for common areas and individual apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance to maintain the property’s appearance and functionality
• Diagnose and repair appliances as required
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Be available for occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after regular hours)
• Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
