As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy retail location, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout interactions.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or property damage within the retail environment.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as needed, and guiding visitors or customers as appropriate.

Work collaboratively with store management and other Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a positive environment for customers and staff.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations according to site requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
