Position Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and curious Entry Level Technician who has a strong interest in technology and is eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, and developing technical skills. The Entry Level Technician will support day-to-day technical operations, assist with troubleshooting, and gain experience across a variety of technology systems.

This position is one a week onsite with the rest being remote or travel around MD

Hours : Monday-Friday Daytime hours (30-33 hours per week)

Responsibilities :

• Assist with setup, installation, and basic maintenance of technology equipment (computers, networks, devices, or machinery depending on department needs).
• Support troubleshooting efforts for hardware, software, or technical issues under supervision.
• Perform routine inspections and testing of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Document work performed, issues identified, and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide general support to technical teams and follow detailed instructions for tasks.
• Learn and apply industry best practices for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Stay current with new technologies and demonstrate a willingness to expand technical knowledge.

$18 - $20 an hour

Compensation details : 18-20 Hourly Wage
