[job_card.job_description]Self-Scheduled Shift : Third Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Work Schedule : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule; 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule; 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) RNs are trained in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and receive Charge RN cross-training Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various units Adapt to different workflows while maintaining clinical excellence Quickly assess and respond to changes in patient conditions Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred) Flexibility : Ability to meet the per 6-week schedule requirements ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership skills Competitive Pay : Base rate plus internal float differential Full Benefits Package : Including health, dental, vision, and retirement Work-Life Balance : Features like self-scheduling and minimal holiday rotation Professional Growth : Exposure to multiple specialties

This night shift role offers variety, challenge, and growth within one hospital. As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate among ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to the fast-paced hospital environment.
