Description : Car Wash Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Car Wash Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Positions are available at various levels of experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

WE ARE HIRING AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN VIRGINIA.

Pay Range : $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Job Type : Fu l-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Foster a culture of friendly, professional, and efficient service.
  • Operations Management : Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, including opening / closing procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with company standards.
  • Training & Development : Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff to ensure knowledge of POS systems, car wash operations, and company policies.
  • Facility Maintenance : Ensure the tunnel, vacuum area, customer spaces, and backrooms are always clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Administrative Oversight : Complete reports, scheduling, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Safety & Standards : Maintain a safe workplace and uphold company policies, holding regular meetings to align staff on expectations and goals.
  • Must be willing to work outside during all seasons.

    • Requirements : Qualifications

  • Experience : 2+ years in management or supervisory roles (car wash, automotive, retail, or service industry preferred).
  • Skills : Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Technical : Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of computer systems / POS software.
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be willing to work outside during all seasons.
  • Personal Attributes : Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to motivate and inspire others.
