A Houston-based law firm is seeking a mid-level or senior litigation attorney to join its tort litigation practice. The group represents sophisticated corporate clients in litigation, investigations, and emergency response matters. This role requires experience managing all phases of litigation, supervising associates, interacting directly with clients, and handling select administrative responsibilities. The position offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment alongside an established trial team. While portable business is not required, strong docket management experience is essential. The attorney will also have the opportunity to work on complex commercial matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Prior trial experience and a solid background in tort litigation are required. This position is well suited for an attorney looking to continue developing a high-level litigation practice within a respected team.
