About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to oversee outsourced vault operations in assigned markets, including ATMs, commercial deposits, and retail branches.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Essential Functions

  • Manage the vault inventory by accurately anticipating future coin & currency needs of commercial customers, branches and ATMs for each market
  • Apply currency management knowledge and analytics to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Sales to onboard new commercial customers and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Support vendor processes by resolving errors and addressing issues for both internal and external customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Intermediate knowledge of Federal Reserve operating rules and ATM system processing
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve service issues independently
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

    • Education & Experience

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years of bank operations experience required
  • 1+ years of vault operations experience preferred
  • Hybrid Schedule : In office 2 days per week. (5 days per week in office for the first 6 months)
