Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and a quick adaptability to learn industry-specific software programs will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, exceptional organizational and communication skills are critical for coordinating your crew and ensuring smooth operations. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3+years of relevant experience in the field of excavation / horizontal construction
• Ability to interpret project / construction documents
• Knowledge of local quality, safety and health regulations for construction job sites (MA / CT)
