A company is looking for a Patient Advocate - Hereditary Cancer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate testing services for patients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of test requests
Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance coverage and test information
Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and participate in quality assurance initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and email
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
