Specifically, they need ESRI experts to support new data decision making with improving applications, visualizations, analysis configuration, workflows, and services. Position Scope & Preferred Experience:

Web App Development & Configuration (60%) - Data Scripting & Processing, Data Demos, Iterative Development & Storytelling (Visualizations, Apps, Services, APIs), and Configuration, Validate Data Cloud Processing (ELT, ETL, APIs), Data Process Operations Tier 3 support.

• ESRI GIS: One or more of ESRI ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, Open Data Hub, Arcade, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI REST Services, ESRI JS API.

  App Design & configuration in ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Story Maps, Hub, Dashboards, and Arcade /HTML/CSS Expressions.

  ArcGIS Online modules (WebApp Builder, Experience Builder, Advanced Application Configuration, Widgets, Extension)

  Integrations with ArcGIS Survey, ArcGIS Collector, and ArcInsights

• Cloud Experience: Preference for Docker/Kubernetes experience in AWS (ECS, EC2, S3) hands-on

• Tools and Software: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Carto, GIT, JIRA, Wordpress.

• Bonus:

  Advanced Web Development: Website and related application development services using web development technologies (HTML, HTML5, CSS, etc.) and relevant scripting languages, development tools and interchange formats (Java, PHP, Silverlight, Flash, ASP.NET, Flex, AJAX, JSON, etc.).

Data Management (40%) - Data Requirements & Definition Analysis, Data Curation, Data Validation & Rules Analysis, Agile Visualization and Application Design, Data Management, Product/Service Generation

• Data Cleaning: Understanding of Metadata, Inventorying, and ETL/Data Pipelines.

• Data Programming Languages: Ogr2ogr, GDAL, Python, ArcPy, GeoPandas, SQL (FME, bonus)

• Subject Matter Expertise: Editing, scripting in data themes for Addresses, Street Address Ranges, Boundaries, Vector Data in general.

• Database Technology: PostgreSQL and PostGIS, SDE, Replication experience. Data interaction/configuration with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop ArcMap, Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, SDE, Enterprise

• Ability to work multiple, time-sensitive tasks and rapidly context switch across subject matter, communication architecture products, and stakeholder audiences.

• Ability to work independently as well as as part of an integrated team.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree min. education and 5 years min. experience.

• Strong foundation in GIS & Geospatial Principles

  GIS Certificate or related degree beneficial

• Must be able to pass background, drug and reference checks.

• Must be local. No Relocation Assistance.

• Travel None to Rare.
