Build and structure a high-impact sales team aligned with company growth goals. Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance standards. Foster collaboration between sales, estimating, and operations to ensure seamless customer handoffs. 5+ years of sales experience in contract manufacturing or custom metal fabrication. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles. Willingness to travel up to 30%. 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and related processes. Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Sandler Sales Training or similar methodology experience. Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in day-to-day sales and quoting activities.

We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and hands-on Director of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts.
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive 15%+ top-line growth, while building and mentoring a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in contract manufacturing and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key industries and customer segments in custom metal fabrication.
- Lead front-line sales efforts including prospecting, qualification, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Manage multiple sales channels including direct sales, digital outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales technologies to drive pipeline visibility and conversion efficiency.
